If you are the original purchaser for use (hereinafter called
"purchaser") of new IPSO Washing Machines, you are entitled to the following
warranty subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
THREE-YEAR (36
MONTH) PARTS WARRANTY
If, within three (3) years of the date of the original shipment for use, any part of
the IPSO Washing machine becomes inoperative as a result of defects in material or
workmanship, there will be made available to the purchaser, F.O.B. shipping point, a new
or functionally operative part in exchange for such defective part or the defective part
will be repaired. Exempt from the three year warranty but carrying a 90-day warranty
are parts subject to normal maintenance and replacement, including but not limited to:
belts, gaskets and electrical overload components, such as, fuses, resets, and
reset coils.
FIVE-YEAR (60 MONTH) FRAME WARRANTY
If, within five (5) years of the date of original shipment for use, the frame, shaft
and basket becomes inoperative as a result of defects in material or workmanship, there
will be made available to the purchaser, F.O.B. shipping point, a new or functionally
operative part in exchange for such defective part or the part will be repaired.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTY
The warranty is applicable if the purchaser does the following:

Acknowledges the warranty by returning the warranty
registration card promptly. |

2. |
Notifies IPSO of any defects, immediately, in writing; and |
|
3. |
Returns the defective part(s), freight prepaid, to the
address designated with a material return authorization certificate; no material will be
accepted by IPSO without said certificate.
|
IPSO does not assume liability for unauthorized repairs to
such equipment even if defective.
Replacement of a part in your IPSO Washing Machine may
be required, not as a result of defects in material or workmanship, but due to damage
resulting from (a) accident, improper use, abuse, tampering or failure to follow
recommended operating and maintenance procedures, or (b) failure to follow IPSO's
applicable, printed installation instructions (installation is the responsibility of the
installer). Charges will be made for the part and for service required to repair
such damage. Examples of the foregoing, but without limitation, are as follows:

Damage to the interior or exterior finish as a result of any
of the above. |
|
2. |
Use with inadequate or defective building wiring, or improper
connection to electrical service. |
|
3. |
Foreign objects in the equipment, such as nails, pins, coins,
rubber bands, toothpicks, etc. |
|
4. |
Use with voltage other than that recommended by IPSO. |
|
5. |
Use with inadequate or defective plumbing, water supply, or
water pressure.

| The goods furnished hereunder carry only those warranties
described above and all other warranties express, implied and statutory, including those
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed except
that of title. IPSO USA neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume
for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with the IPSO Washing Machine.
In no event shall IPSO USA be liable for special or consequential damages or for
any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond its control. |
