We at JENSEN USA continue to update you on a few items during these extraordinary circumstances.
- JENSEN USA is fully committed to assisting your operation and protecting your equipment investments. Please see the attached PDF stating what services JENSEN USA can provide a quick reference to prepare your JENSEN industrial laundry equipment for an extended shutdown, as well as with a guide for resumption of operation of this valuable asset.
- JENSEN USA maintains our normal business hours Monday-Friday for technical support, spare parts orders and project related items via phone or e-mails.
- With regards to parts shipment we have not experienced any delays with processing orders from our Panama City warehouse and we are still experiencing daily pickup of our shipments.
- Some of our courier services have informed us due to some travel restricted areas that there is a possibility that additional surcharges maybe incurred. Unfortunately we are not sure when or what areas of the country may incur these charges at this time.
- JENSEN USA will for the immediate future discontinue our emergency Saturday spare parts service.
- JENSEN USA will still maintain our after hours and Saturday technical support as these services can be provided remotely.
